For this new-build project, we created 3D visualizations for marketing purposes. The project features several modern multi-family residential buildings with balconies, terraces, and landscaped outdoor areas.

We created various exterior visualizations from different perspectives. In addition, a top-view visualization was produced, providing a clear overview of the entire residential complex and its outdoor areas.

The interiors were also visualized to give future residents a better impression of the apartments and their design. Materials, furniture, and lighting were carefully selected and presented to complement the overall concept of the project.

In addition, we created a video showcasing the outdoor areas and the architecture of the project from various perspectives.

The visualizations and video are used for marketing, property brochures, the project website, and other sales materials.
