The project comprises five multi-family houses with a total of eight building sections and 107 modern residential units. Particular emphasis was placed on the photorealistic representation of the ground-floor apartments with private gardens and the penthouse apartments with spacious roof terraces. The exterior visualizations showcase the communal landscaped open spaces, offering future residents room for a fulfilling life.

The building plans were converted into colored floor plans. Through professional coloring, the floor plans gain life and depth, providing potential buyers with excellent orientation and effectively supporting the sale of the apartments.
